The Mission of the Empire-Fagan Coalition is to protect the Empire-Fagan Valley from inappropriate and harmful development.

Specifically, we oppose three proposed open pit quarries:

[1] The CalPortland operations in Davidson Canyon

[2] The Charles Seel operations, adjacent to CalPortland leases, also in Davidson Canyon

[3] The W.R. Henderson operations at Sahuarita Road and Wentworth
